After launching there much awaited handsets i.e Xperia X and Xperia XA, Sony is back again with the new handset Sony Xperia E5. If you don’t remember this is the same handset which company confirmed accidentally couple of days back. New Xperia E5 will roll out in some selective countries first like Latin America, Europe, Middle East and Africa and will be made available from the end of the June month. It will come up in color variants like Graphite Black and white colors. It is a mid range smart phone that will be available at the price of 199 Euros or INR 14,900.
Sony Xperia E5 Specifications
It sports 5” HD IPS Display with 720X1280p screen resolution and 294ppi pixel density. It is powered by quad core processor which is clocked at the clock frequency of 1.3GHz. Processor is based on MediaTek MT6735 Chipset and is coupled along with 1.5GB RAM. It also comprehends Mali T720 GPU to have advanced graphics. It operates on latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS out of the box.
It bears 16GB of memory on the board which is further expandable up to 200GB via Micro SD card slot. There is 13MP of camera positioned at the rear accompanied by LED flash and it mounts 5MP camera present at the front for clicking selfies and for video calling.
