The mighty Australian will enter this match on the back of losing the first test match and their poor performance in the subcontinent continues.
Rangana Herath completely destroyed the batting lineups of Australia. The likes of David Warner, Steven Smith, Usman Khawaja and Adam Voges failed to sustain the spin bowling of Herath and surrendered themselves and thus lost the match.

Angelo Mathews-led side won the first test match comfortably riding ion the brilliant hundred of Kushal Mendis and then, Herath exposed the sub-continent batting woes of Australia.
That a much-needed win for this Sri Lanka team as entered this series on the back of losing all the test match in Sri Lanka.
Although, Sri Lanka managed to win this match but their top order failed to make any contribution.
Also, they have an injury concern as Nuwan Pradeep get injured and it is expected that Vishwa Fernando will make his debut.
Apart from that, Sri Lanka is expected to play with the same squad and would definitely look to continue their winning momentum.
