Tamil superstar Suriya’s latest thriller, “24,” has been doing enormous business at the worldwide box office ever since it was released on Friday, May 6, 2016.

Vikram Kumar directed the movie is said to have made an approximate business of Rs 55.6 crore (gross) from three days of its theatrical run around the world. It is said to have become the second most successful South Indian movie at the worldwide box office in the opening weekend, after SS Rajamouli’s blockbuster movie, “Baahubali.”
Suriya the star of the movie has earned an approx gross amount of Rs. 33.5 crores in Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala and Karnataka. It has become the first super hit in Kerala that has Suriya as a star.
He took up three roles in the movie and got appreciation not only for the one but for all three. He said, as an actor he is feeling superb he is truly encouraged to receive all the love and appreciation. He thanked each one of all who’ve loved this film. The director Vikram Kumar keeps saying that they made a film from their hearts for us and now they are truly glad when we are showered with all your love and applause that we are giving him & team 24.
