The last night episode of the TV series Ishqbaaz starts with the man calling Bunty. He tells Anika that there is some problems in the Sahil’s walking support and says it means Sahil is here. The nurse asks Rudra to take the medicines on time.

Now Tej arrived and asks Om to come with him but Om says I can’t leave my brother Rudra alone but Tej give his logic that the doctor is here already. And the doctor will be taking care of him.
You need to take some rest and Rudra says okay and he leave but afterward a mysterious lady enters in the hospital. In the mean time, Anika notices that Bunty is taking away Sahil with him somewhere.
The lady recalls Om saying doctor about Shivaye’s allergy to some medicine and he can lose life too. Om had dropped that medicine there and the doctor inject that medicine in the blood bottle. Tej says if Shivaye dies, I don’t want anything to happen to him, but I am ready to face the situation.
Tej is thinking and hoping that Shivaye should die then he will be taking the property and he is thinking to sign the paper and Rudra is worried for Shivaye and he is very sure that nothing will happen to Shivaye. Now Dadi says that nothing will happen with my grandson Shivaye he will be fine.
In the mean time, when Shivaye was alone in her room and Rudra and Om were with Dadi they were busy consoling Dadi a mysterious unknown woman tries to attack on Shivaye but due to Shivaye catches her, he makes noise and his brothers arrived there.
Somehow till that time Shivaye got conscious and he asked to his brothers that he feels something fishy that someone mysterious woman wish to kill him. His brothers are shocked to hear so and looked on.
Despite the huge tensions, her younger brothers are happy to see that his Shivaye brother get conscious now and they embraced Shivaye by saying Bhaiyaa.
Precap: Rudra’s friend sings Piya piya piya……to lighten the moment and Shivaye have been seen cheering up. Rudra, Om and Shivaye everyone smile.
