Telangana Government conducted the elections for MLC’s on 9th March 2017. Polling Conducted at various constituencies like Nalgonda, Mahabubnagar, Ranga Reddy, Hyderabad, Khammam, and Warangal. The MLC election is conducted because few MLC’s are going to retire in the last week of March 2017. The notification of MLC Election was issued on 13th February 2017 and last date for withdrawal of candidatures was 23rd February 2017.
The counting of Votes is on 22nd March 2017(Today).
The MLC elections are also known as Telangana Vidhan Parishad. The state has 40 members in total. The Vidhan Parishad has been in existence on 2 June 2014 after separation of TS and A.P States for Graduates and Teachers Constituencies.
TRS (Telangana Rashtra Samithi), INC (Indian National Congress), BJP (Bharatiya Janata Party), TDP (Telugu Desam Party), AIMIM (All India Majlis Elttehadul Muslimeen) participated in MLC Elections 2017. Everybody is curiously waiting for the results of MLC Elections 2017 today. The results will be out by 8:00 am today. Winners list will be updated below.

In 10 districts of the state, there are total 119 constituencies. The Hyderabad which is the capital having the 15 constituencies itself. The notification was released for Biennial Elections.
