In UP’s Aligarh district, a heart-wrenching incident took place, where a thirteen-year-old minor boy was sexually molested by two boys who were also underage and were minor. The victim was taken to a nearby forest by the two accused boys and later he was sexually molested by them. According to the sources, the victim’s father is a farmer. His father was harvesting his field with mustard crops and therefore, he asked his thirteen-year-old son, to buy some farming equipment, that will be needed in the process of harvesting. The boy was accompanied by the two accused boys, to the market. Later, the boy was taken to a dense forest and was sexually assaulted by the two accused boys.

After that, they threatened him that if the boy told anyone about the incident that happened, to anyone, he will have to bear the consequence. The accused person involved in the matter, gave the boy Rs.20 and told him to shut his mouth. According to the sources, the accused boys family and the victim boys family were known to each other. And therefore, as per the victim’s father, he didn’t suspect anything suspicious about the two accuses.
The whole incident took place on Thursday at Lodha district of Aligarh, UP. When the minor came back from the incident place, he told his father about everything that happened to him. The very next day, the victim’s father took his son to a nearby hospital, that was close to his district, for a medical-check and there it was confirmed that the boy was sexually assaulted. It was really shocking for the victim family as they never thought that something like this will happen to their son.
The mother of the victim went to the houses of the accused boys and complained about all this. However, the accused boys’ families were not ready to listen to them. Later, the victim’s family lodged a complained regarding the matter at the police station. The police arrested the accused boys and a case has been registered against the two accused boys. As the accused boys are also minor, the case has been filed under the POSCO (Protection of Children Against Sexual Offences) Act under section 377 of the IPC. It is really frustrating to know that minor kids are indulging themselves in such crimes and the attitude of the families of accused boys’ are also very disappointing.
