About National Defence Academy: The National Defence Academy is the joint service academy of the Indian Army Service. The cadets of the three services, the Army, the Navy and the Air Force train together. After training, they go on to their pre-commissioning training in their respective service academies. The NDA is situated at Khadakwasla near Pune, Maharashtra. It is the first tri-service academy in the world.
The NDA offers only full-time, residential undergraduates programmes. It recruits the candidate through Union Public Service commission(UPSC). A candidate can also apply after 10+2, but he had done his 10+2 with Math, Physics and Chemisty.
