UP Board time table 2019: Marks the shortest days board exams ever

Uttar Pradesh board is all ready to conduct its UP Board 10th and 12th Examination 2019 in the month of February. Uttar Pradesh board is the authorised body to conduct the UP Board Examination and is going to start the UP board examination from 7th February 2019.

This is going to be the shortest 16 days board examinations ever where the Uttar Pradesh (UP) government is taking major serious measures in order to prevent any kind of unfair practices in the examination. With the help of technology such as CCTV cameras as well as Voice Recorders in each examination hall is the first major step that UP government has taken to stop unfair means to pass the examination.

The Uttar Pradesh board examination for class 10th is going to be held from February 7 and will conclude on February 28. While, the class 12th Board examination is going to start from February 7 and will end on March 2.

In the meantime, the UP Board has released the date sheets of class 10th and 12th Board exam whose PDF file is available on the official website of UP Board which can be downloaded from there very easily.

UP Board 10th Examination Date: 7 February 2019

Announcement of Result: 4th week of April 2019

UP’s deputy chief minister Dinesh Sharma said on Monday, while repeating the BJP government’s assurance to eradicate the ‘copying mafia’ from UP Board examinations, “All the district inspector of schools have informed that CCTVs and voice recorders have been installed in examination halls and about 1314 centers have been identified as sensitive and another 448 labelled highly sensitive”. He also said that this year the answer copies is going to be bar coded.

This year’s Board examinations are going to have 269 question papers in contradiction of 308 last year.Sharma also said that the aadhaar number of all aspirants who are taking examinations this year had already been uploaded on the UP Board’s website also with additional information of the students participating in the examinations.

Dinesh Sharma further added, “In 2016-17 when the Aadhaar details were not uploaded then the total number of students registering themselves for the examinations was 67.18 lakh. This figure was reduced to 53.84 lakh when the detail was first uploaded in 2017-18 and in 2018-19 Aadhaar detail being uploaded along with other effective anti-copying measures being initiated saw further dip in the number of examinees to 52.65 lakh candidates”.
