Rocky Handsome 14 Days Earning Report Nishikant Kamat’s directorial action thriller movie ‘Rocky Handsome’, has completed its 3 weeks journey at box office. The movie has been released on 25 March and had taken a decent start.
Being biggest action film of the year so far, viewers and star fans are showing good craze towards the film but its journey would not be easy, as last week released Kapoor & Sons is still has much hold over family audience
In its first weekend, Rocky Handsome had taken a decent start and minted the amount of 16.12 crores nationwide, that includes 1.77 crore of Thursday previews, 5.39 crores of Friday, 4.83 crores of Saturday and 4.13 crores of Sunday. Then in weekdays it faced the expected drop and did the business of total 6.73 crores, that includes 2.14 crores of Monday, 1.82 crore of Tuesday, 1.54 crore of Wednesday and 1.23 crore of Thursday.
Rocky Handsome has a story (Ritesh Shah) that is extremely average. The same holds for the film’s screenplay (Ritesh Shah) that definitely could have been tighter at many places. Despite the fact that the film has a small run time, its story and narrative looks highly disjointed at places, which acted as a speed breaker with the audiences.
Apart from Kapoor & Sons, Rocky Handsome also has Punjabi film Ambarsariya and Hollywood’s Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice in parallel. But these two can not be considered as major spoilers for this Nishikant Kamat’s directorial, as both have their targeted audience.
