The officials of WWE is making their every effort to attract the fans for the numbers of their events. Recently, WWE has announced that Royal Rumble 2017 will return to the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas January 29, 2017.
Well, it is the only the first time when Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas will host the WWE Royal Rumble since 1997. Meanwhile, Royal Rumble is considered to be one of the best Pay-Per-View of the year and it is the one that opens the road to the Wrestlemania.
This championship will feature 30-man over-the-top-rope Royal Rumble Match between the numbers of the superstars from both RAW and Smackdown live. The winner of the Royal Rumble will be embraced with the golden opportunity to headline WrestleMania 33 in Orlando, Florida on April 2, 2017.
In 1997, edition of Royal Rumble at the Alamodome, WWE Hall of Famer Shawn Michaels win the WWE Championship and WWE Hall of Famer “Stone Cold” Steve Austin win the Royal Rumble Match. It is believed that more than 60,000 fans were featured in the championship and enjoyed the Royal Rumble.
Meanwhile, the tickets for the 2017 Royal Rumble will be available starting Friday, October 14, at 11 a.m. ET/10 a.m. The WWE gave the flexibility for their fans to purchase the ticket from www.ticketmaster.com, Ticketmaster outlets, or by calling 1-800-745-3000.
