The last night episode of the TV series Yeh Hai Mohabbatein begins with Romi (Aly Goni) gets the girl out of the cupboard and seek pardon from her. Somehow Romi gets to see that Mihika is coming from the keyhole of his door and he give money to the girl and asked her to leave.

Aaliya (Krishna Mukherjee) asked her dad Mani (Sumit Sachdev) stop being a workaholic as after wedding you can’t be workaholic anymore. Mani asked to her that he is just feeling loneliness, Alia feels upset hearing so and she shares the same with Mihir but Mihir consoles her.
Afterward, she calls Adi (Abhishek Verma) and speaks with him, Adi also speaks with him. He gets happy thinking that Aaliya is interested in him. She asked him to take her to Mihir’s house, he is surprised but agrees.
Mihika confronts Romi about the earring she finds in his room. Romi says I don’t know who is the owner of this earring. She asked to him that Ashok told me that you were in the hotel with a girl, but Mihir scolded her for trusting on Ashok.
After reaching to Mihir’s house, Alia is shocked to see that Mihir’s room is locked, Alia feels panic. She asked ADi to call a key maker to open the door, she also asked that she can pay more money to the key maker to see that Mihir open the door.
Alia is sighing to see Mihir and for that, she kisses Adi. Adi became too happy and holds her. In the morning, Pihu (Ruhanika Dhawan) sees Shagun (Anita Hassanandani) and is very happy. She says I missed you, mamma. She says I missed you too. When Pihu asks her why she did not come, Shagun asked to her that Ishita aunty denied me to come. Pihu is shocked now.
Romi saves the girl’s name as Bunty on the phone. He said that I am happy to save you. He also fixes a meeting with her and he left now. Mihika calls the same number and she fumes on anger when she sees that Romi was talking with a girl.
Mrs. Bhalla and Amma (Neena Kulkarni) plan a makeover for Ishita to bring back romance in her life. Raman said he is coming to home now. Ishita says she does not need a makeover and goes to the kitchen. She asks Shagun to give breakfast to Pihu but Shagun insists Ishita give the same.
Mrs. Bhalla tells Simmi to call the beautician at home. Pihu, brainwashed by Shagun so now Pihu is unable to stand Ishita, even perhaps she will refuse to have the breakfast bring by Ishita.
