Very shocking and heartbreaking news comes straight from the Captial of India, Delhi where a 12-year old minor girl was raped by a 48-year-old cleric and after that, the accused was arrested by the police for the charges of raping a minor girl. The whole incident shocked everyone and all the people that are in the ager for the 48-year man for his crucial and disgusting behavior. Now, the accused is in the hand of the police and in the police remand and police try their best to recognize and realize his mistake which he did this too little girl. The accused and culprit accepted his crime and he s charged with several sections and now he is in judicial custody for his disgusting and brutal crime and surely he will be taken to jail for his crime.
The whole incident took place at the mosque which is situated in North-East Delhi where a 12-year old girl comes into the mosque for drinking water and then the cleric caught her and raped her. After that, the girl returned home with a crying face and tells everything to their parents and then their parents filed a case against the accused. After that, the police arrested the culprit from the Loni district of Ghaziabad and the accused identified as Maulvi who is a resident of Bharatpur in Rajasthan and the arrest took place on the morning of Monday.
After arresting the accused registered a file against section 376 (rape) of the Indian Penal Code and relevant sections of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (POCSO) Act. The police stated a statement regarding the matter and tells that the cleric was arrested from the Loni district and booked under the section of rape and after appealing him in the court he is sent to judicial custody for a total of 14 days and they try their best to gives him the harshest punishment.
In addition to this, the police said that the girl was counselled and late, she was under observation and examined fr the medical examination. Also, some of the locals come near the mosque to protest against the case and demand to give justice for the girl and for which the police has been deployed in the mosque area.
