Heartbreaking news is coming from the Andhra Pradesh district Kurnool that more than 14 people have died and four others are badly injured after a truck and bus collided on Sunday morning in the district.
14 killed, 4 Injured in Bus-Truck Collision
When a group of people was travelling from the Chittoor district of the state in a minibus towards Hyderabad city. The incident happened near Madarpur village in Kurnool district’s Veldurti Mandal in at early morning around 4 AM. They were all on their way to Ajmer, Rajasthan.
The injured people have been shifted to the nearby hospital and the condition of two is very critical, as per the doctor reports.
The officials and after analyzing the spot, Preliminary investigation suggests that the driver of the bus suddenly lost his control over his vehicle and first, he crashed against the road divider and then rolled down to the other side of the road and hit a lorry parked on another side, said by news agency PTI.
In the accident, five men, eight women, and a child have died on the spot, reports say. Now, all injured children have been admitted to Government General Hospital and but, the condition of the two of them is critical right now.
Due to the accident, there was a possibility of traffic on the highway for a long time and the local peoples were facing many problems.
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy showed his “Deep Sorrow” for the loss of lives including children, women, and men in the accident. CM instructed hospital authorities to provide immediate relief and medical help to the injured family member.
Two days ago, a tourist bus carrying over 15 passengers died in an accident where the bus overturned and fell down into a deep gorge. The incident happened at Anantagiri in Visakhapatnam district of Andhra Pradesh. In the accident, 4 people died and 13 people were badly injured.
