According to the reports, she was in a hotel when she was raped on 17 July 2022. Muzmal Sipra and Shehzad of Ranjanpur were guilty of this shameful act and were now in police custody, this information was stated by Arabela Urpi in the FIR, which is registered at the BMP station at the Fort Munro hill station. The girl was sent to test for the medical reports as well. The Punjab police were demanded personally to investigate on this case, by Hamza Shehbaz, who was the Chief Minister of Punjab. He gave orders to the Punjab police immediately after knowing about this news and gave them orders to find the suspects as soon as possible.
There is a huge crowd of the public who are protesting for justice for the girl. According to some sources, they are burning vehicles and damaging some properties. The people who are in the protest are demanding the guilty one to them as they want to punish them on their own. they are so angry and going mad at the men who raped her. As per the reports available on the internet, the border military police already arrested Sipra (the man who was involved in the rape) and are now investigating to search for the other ones who are involved in this shameful act. The case was registered under sections 292 b and 376 of the Pakistan Penal Code.
