One of the most interesting news came front last year when article 370 cancellation from the Jammu and Kashmir is one of the most important steps took by the government. Because Jammu & Kashmir is part of India so the government decided to remove the article called 370 the Srinagar administration on a Monday evening imposed curfew in the city scared over the violent protests on the first anniversary of the repeal of article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir.
As everyone knows that the article 370 was removed from Jammu & Kashmir in the month of August, last year when it cancellation from there. then the government of that state announced the curfew because that time the situation was too crucial their the protestors were throwing the stones the rioters also made it worst due to their behavior. For the sack of people, their government said that unless the riot was stopped. because when someone goes outside at that time then anything could be done with anyone.
The center had, in the month of August last year, restricted J&K special status under article 370 of the Indian constitution. let’s know about the article 370 what was it- article 370 of the Indian constitution gave the special status to the J&K territory is located in the part of the northern Indian subcontinent which was the governed by India as a state from 1954 to 31st October 2019.
As the government knew the last year when the article was removed that the riot happened in a huge way because somehow the few people which belonged with rioters connection were not happy for the decision which was taken by the government. As the J&K a part of India so how could the government let it go. But the few people who show that they are part of India but support the riots they created it because someone was playing with their minds. so due to the safety of people, the administer of Srinagar announced the curfew.
As everyone knows that whenever the riot happens only one community affected a lot known as the Aam Aadmi who don’t know what should do with it because they busy in their life so riots only affect the Aam Aadmi so that’s why the government decide curfew time-to-time.
