A serious and dangerous accident happened on the Cross County Parkway on the night of Wednesday where around one shot was fired and as per the reports of well news reporters it is stated that in this incident there was an involvement of a member of law enforcement. After the Cross County Parkway Accident, the traffic of the area was particularly lined up on the evening of Wednesday because of the incident that happened in the area. According to the statement of Homeland Security which stated that the agent included in the firing reacted in self-defence. A shot hole within a silver van, groups of various law implementation and track running lights made the substitute throughout rush hour on the area. The incident is under investigation and the police attempt their best to reach a conclusion on the case to find the actual matter that happened at the place.
The Cross County Parkway is at the North Columbus Avenue which is in Mount Vernon and the whole incident and accident happened at around 4 PM and this report is stated by the Westchester County Police. Homeland Security stated that the motorist who was shot cut off the attorney while they were all on the parkway. The accident was so serious and the shot was clearly audible to the nearby areas by which the nearby people rushed to the spot to find out the exact situation which was happened in the area.
According to the statement of the agency which they stated that the driver then comes out of the car and endangered the attorney with a sword and that’s the time when the Homeland Security attorney says he reacted in self-defence and hurriedly took his pistol on his hand shot the driver by which the driver gets seriously injuries and then the emergency services reached the spot where the man was taken to the hospital where he was treated under the supervision of many doctors.
The driver and the man who got shot in the area was a hurry taken to the hospital and the relief and prosperous news are that his injuries are not deemed as life-threatening. As per the statement of Homeland Security stated that the agent was not injured and is staying medically assessed.
