The whole accident happened at Walpole Street at around 1:10 AM on midnight of Saturday where a serious accident happened by which an 18-year-old from Sherborn who had been ejected from the vehicle, was pronounced dead on the spot. According to the reports of the police officials, they reported a one-car crash in the area of Powder House Road where the officers found a Honda CRV off the roadway along with the dead body of the 18 years old girl.
As per the report of the police officers, they found that an SUV was traveling north on Walpole Street and then suddenly the teen lost control and the car left the roadway by hitting a guardrail and reaching rest on a tree. There is no official statement that appears at that time why the victim lost control while driving. There were around four other passengers in the SUV when the crash happened at the spot by which one girl passed away on the spot.
The police identified the injured as an 18-year-old from Dover, an 18-year-old from Sherborn, and two 17-year-olds from Dover, and all of them were taken to local hospitals carrying non-life-threatening injuries.
