The Council of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) will be conducting IPCC-CA examinations in the month of November 2016. The council has released the admit card for the exam on its official website. Those candidates who had applied for the exam can now download the admit card from the official website of the council or click on a link which is given below for the same. The exams would commence from 1st November 2016.
The Chartered Accountancy course is considered to be one of the toughest and rigorous professional courses in the country with a very low success ratio. The percentage of students who pass the examination is as low as 3-5%.
Pattern of Exam:
The examinations are conducted on three levels. They are Common Proficiency Test (CPT), Integrated Professional Competence Course (IPCC) or Intermediate exam and the Final Examination.
After passing the CPT, a candidate can take the IPCC Examination and is required to undergo eight months study course before appearing for the first time in the Intermediate (IPC) Examination.
IPCC has two groups of seven subjects.
Group – I consists of four subjects: Paper 1: Accounting, Paper 2: Business Laws, Ethics and Communication, Paper 3: Cost Accounting and Financial Management, Paper 4: Taxation
Group – II of three subjects: Paper 5: Advanced Accounting, Paper 6: Auditing and Assurance, Paper 7: Information Technology and Strategic Management.
Group-I exams will be conducted on 2nd, 4th, 6th and 8th November and Group-II exams will be conducted on 10th, 12th and 15th November.
CA Final exam is scheduled on 1st, 3rd, 5th and 7th November for Group-I and 9th, 11th, 13th and 16th November for Group-II.

- Enter the required things in the given fields and then submit it.
- The admit card will be displayed on the screen.
- Download it and take a print out of it for the further use.
