The series is the story about a slave who is also a boxer. The Anime series is written by Shizuya Wazari and is directed under the direction of Kazuya Monma and Toshifumi Kawase and is made under the production studio of Logic & Magic and Bandai Namco Pictures. The storyline of the series revolves around the character of Cestvs, who is a young slave. Later he joins a boxing school and was unaware of the fact, that there he had to fight each day in order to survive and to his utter surprise on the very first day, he was asked to fight against Rocco. Rocco and Cestvs were best friends and it was heartbreaking to witness the fight between the two.
At the end of the fighting, he got to know that the one who will lose his dear life will be killed. Unwillingly, he defeated his friend in the battle and at last, his friend, Rocco was killed in the end. It took a long time for Cestvs to accept this reality and move on. After that day, he was thrown to the battleground several times and each time his opponent was more powerful than the previous one.
At the age of 15, when he was young he was forced to fight in the stadium. He had a tough time in his childhood as well as in his adolescence age. He faced all the difficulties with courage and determination and worked on polishing his boxing skills. One of the characters Zafar played a major role in sharing the fighting skills of the upcoming greatest Roman boxer. He became Cestvs’s master and guided him and stood with him in every aspect of his life.
