The producer of ‘Penguin’, has announced his next film as the director ‘Chiyaan 60’. The actor himself revealed about the film and disclosed that it would be starring the great Tamil superstar Chiyaan Vikram. He is also a melodious singer who last sung in Kadaram Kondan, ‘Theesudar Kuniyuma’ in 2018. It is really a bit of good news for the fans of Vikram. Here is also an interesting fact about the film that Vikram’s son Dhruv will also be a part of the film. The film will mark the 60th film of Vikram’s career while it is gonna the second film of Dhruv Vikram’s career.
Chiyaan 60 Release Date
The film will be produced by Lalit Kumar under his 7 screen studio banner. Karthic has revealed the first poster of the film that shows a man’s hand is holding a revolver while a child is holding the same gun from the point of it. The film seems to be a crime thriller. The film will be marking real father and son duo on-screen but it is not exposed that, in the film will they be playing the same or not?
Dhruv was last seen in Tamil remake Adithya Varma in 2019. Vikram was also a part of Adithya Varma in a cameo appearance. The film is the remake of the blockbuster Telugu film Arjun Reddy. If we talk about Karthic Subbaraj is currently waiting for his film ‘Jagame Thandiram’ to be released.

The film is starring Dhanush in the pivotal role. The film was all set to release but due to the coronavirus pandemic is being delayed. The makers are waiting for theatres to be reopened. He has also produced ‘Penguin’ that is starring Keerthy Suresh in the lead role as a mother. The film is skipping the theatrical release and would be released directly on Amazon Prime Video on 19th June.
Vikram has so many films in his kitty including Cobra directed by R.
