The episode starts when Sarab tries to stop Guddi saying she is you SIL. She asks him to leave her. Harleen also says to don’t do this. Aditi says she finished my whole life, so what is left now? She has snatched my husband from me, it was she who took everything from me. Meher tries to snatch the knife from her hand and that falls from her hand. Harleen holds Aditi. She says are you crazy? You were about to kill our Meher and Meher says it was not her mistake. She is hurt so much and anyone will do this.
Meher says to her that if she came here to kill Meher so, she does not exist now, I have broken up all relation with Manav. Aditi says but she had a relation with Manav. Another side, Pathak says to another doctor that you did well with Sarab’s sister Aditi was failed in doctor then, he gives her some money.
