Finally after a long wait, the Fruits Basket has returned with a third season and has been released in April 2021. However, the sad news is that the third season of Fruits Basket is going to be the last season of this amazing Japanese manga series. The series is brilliantly written as well as illustrated by Natsuki Takaya and ever since its first arrival the anime has garnered a lot of fame. As of now, the makers have released two episodes of Fruits Basket Season 3 and now third episode is all set to be aired very soon.
Fruits Basket Season 3: Episode 2 Preview
So far in the second episode of Fruits Basket Season 3, we saw Akito asking Shigure if he loves her or not. On hearing this, Shigure jokingly asked that if she has been walking around questioning the same to everybody. Akito again asked him if he loves her and said that she is the one who is questioning so he should reply it honestly. After hearing her question, Shigure gets up, picking a rose and giving to her while answering that he cares about her more than anything else. He then kissed Akito on her cheeks and told her that he loves her. After that Akito woke up, realising that she was thinking about the day.
Now Shigure went to the home of Sohma where he met Tohru. While in the house, he noticed that Tohru is making flowers from the paper. He then decided to sit with her and help her to make the flowers. This was the moment when Shigure realized that Kureno knows Akito is a female and she might be the only one knowing that secret. Tohru is thinking to talk more about Akito, but then decided to not discuss it right now and get up and moved out to make some tea. Meanwhile, Shigure also realised that Tohru wants to talk about Akiro, but he acted like he don’t know anything.
The next morning, Tohru walks with Momiji on their way to their school. They were talking about making flowers for graduation decoration. Tohru is finding it difficult how to discuss or talk about Akito after knowing the truth.
