Netflix’s series Ghoul which had 3 episodes was an excitement watch that was released last year. Since then the viewers are waiting for the Ghoul Season 2 and here we have all the details we got so far from the production team as well as from Netflix. First of all, Ghoul was ended with a climax where we have seen the Radhika Apte’s characters turning to a Ghoul itself. Now, what is left there for the second season?
Is Ghoul Season 2 is Coming?
The series itself was fast-paced and the makers have produced the three episodes for the first series. According to the time the second season was expected to release non-2020 but it isn’t. Even Netflix hasn’t announced anything about the Ghoul and they aren’t even looking forward to the second season and the reasons are unknown so far.
We can’t just simply refuse the chances of the renewal by the makers but is there something left to tell? You might already know that the Ghoul was supposed to be a film but Netflix got involved and the makers ended up making a 3 episode series.
Ghoul Season 2 Release Date
A lot of you might already know that the series went well with respectful content. It is a horror mini-series co-produced by America’s Blumhouse along with Ivanhoe Pictures and India’s Phantom Films. The series was featuring Radhika Apte in the main leading role along with many other characters.
The series was actually a movie but they turned it to the series. A lot of you might already know that Blumhouse has produced Academy Award-winning film Get Out and Insidious and The Purge. As well as Indian production houses Phantom Films was behind critically-acclaimed Bollywood film ‘Udta Punjab’ starring Shadid Kapoor. We are expecting that the viewers are going to love this new release and the content is amusing in the movie.
We aren’t expecting another season of Ghoul. The reason is that the makers wouldn’t have much to develop but still, Netflix can come out with the new season if they found out enough room for it. Ghoul was originally meant to be an extended horror film that was filmed back in 2016 so it’s hard to say that the writers have thought to produce the movie’s sequel.
