The story plot of the film revolves around a person named Puli. Pul is a simple man who lives in the jungle area. He cuts bamboos illegally in the forest and he fights with the wild animals, especially with wild tigers to earn his livelihood, due to Manyam Puli can fight with tigers so villagers always called him when tigers’ come there in the village.

In his childhood, Puli’s mother dies after giving birth to his brother; eventually, he loses his father to in a tiger attack. But he never fails to stop himself from fighting with his life and now Puli Murugan is working a lorry driver by profession and he is married to Myna with a daughter Chakki.

Puli has been now away from the village for months and many people have been killed by tigers. A mysterious hooded man arrives at the village to create some problems in the villagers’ life.

The story is all about how Manyam Puli will be save the village from the evil mysterious man and the tigers in this action thriller. It will be interesting to see how the audiences going to give feedback to the movie Mohanlal Manyam this week.
