The Tollywood movie, “Naragasooran” is one of the much-awaited films in India and the fans are eagerly waiting for this supernatural and thriller genre film. However, it feels like an eternity, as every time, whenever the producers tried to release the movie, they always faced some issues. Like earlier, the theatrical release of the film halted due to some financial constraint and now it is the second wave of the Wuhan virus pandemic that has stopped the theatrical release of the movie. Therefore, it has been speculated that the makers might take the path of the OTT platform for the digital release of the same.
The genre of the film is a thriller and supernatural and is directed under the direction of Karthick Naren and is also written by filmmaker Naren. The principal cinematography is done by Sujith Sarang while the editing part is handled by Sreejith Sarang. The film is produced by Badri Kasthuri under the production banner of Shraddha Entertainment and will release in the Tamil language. The makers of the movie have decided to release the movie on the famous Indian OTT platform, Sony LIV.

The movie, “Naragasooran” is initially a spin-off of “Dhuruvangal Pathinaaru”. This the second film of filmmaker Naren in the thriller genre. The plot of the movie revolves around certain characters who have some hidden secrets, however, everyone’s faith is related to each other in a mysterious place and each one of them has a common factor among them which is “Naragasooran”.

Naragasooran Movie Release Date & OTT Platform
On 1st August 2018, the official trailer of the movie was released and to date, the trailer has gained 3.8 million views. The movie features Arvind Swamy in the main lead role and the trailer also starts with Arvind saying that he did not believe when everyone told him and maybe he should have listened to them. The trailer looks absolutely mysterious and has various supernatural elements into it.
As previously mentioned, the movie, “Naragasooran” is all set to release on the SonyLIV. As of now, the makers have not made any announcement regarding the release date of the movie, however, it has been expected that the movie might make its digital appearance by the end of June 2021. To date, no channel has obtained the satellite rights of the movie and therefore, it is more likely that the makers will opt for the OTT platform for the release.
