The fans of Neeru Bajwa are desperately waiting for her much-anticipated movie, “Snowman” for a long time and are also quite curious to know more about the same, including its release date, plot and other stars casts. The 41-year-old actress is mainly known for her work in the Punjabi film industry as an actress, director and producer too. The Jatt & Juliet fame actress recently took over to her Instagram count and shared with her fans the poster as well as the release date of her upcoming film, surprising everyone completely. The movie was earlier reported to be released in theatres in September 2021, however, due to the ongoing pandemic, the release of the same was halted.
The genre of the movie is thriller, drama and is written and directed under the direction of Rana Ranbir and produced by Gippy Grewal and Aman Khatkar under the production banner of Superstar Film and Aman Khatkar Productions. Although not much has been released from the sides of the makers, actress Bajwa decided to unveil the poster of her upcoming movie on the occasion of her 41st birthday that took place on 26th August 2021 over her Insta and at the same time also unveiled the release date of the same. The movie, “Snowman” is all set to make its theatrical release on 5th November 2021.
Besides the Candian actress, Neeru Bajwa, the film also stars Arshi Khatkar, Jazzy B and the filmmaker of this film Rana Ranbir in significant roles as well. Though we are not much aware of the plot of the movie, from the poster, one could guess that the backdrop of the movie is set on snow mountains and is about a person who is known as the snowman. The poster also displays Bajwa who looks surreal and absolutely astonishing. Also, back in March 2021, the director of the film, Ranbir was seen once stating that the movie is based on a distinctly different subject.
He also stated that he chose to do something different and tried to pick a subject different from the basic. Neeru Bajwa started her career from the Hindi movie, “Main Solah Baras Ki (1998) and played the role of Tina, while, she also worked in the English movie, “Bollywood Bound (2003)”, however, she is known for her work in Punjabi films. She has also worked as a director in the movie, “Sargi” which was released in 2017, and has also appeared in numerous television shows, including Nach Baliye Season 1. She won the Best Actress-Critics award for her film, “Channo Kamli Yaar Di” in the Filmfare Awards Punjabi.
