This movie is an Indian Malayalam-language historical drama film which is directed and filmed by Rajeev Ravi and the screenplay of the movie along with the writing of the film is done by Gopan Chidambaran and the movie is based on a play carrying the same name which is written by his father named K. M. Chidambaran. The movie is produced by Sukumar Thekkepat under the production banner of Thekkepat Films and also the movie is premiered at the 2021 International Film Festival Rotterdam.
