Those who are a fan of the animated sitcom series must be watched the spectacular animated comedy series of America, “The Great North Season 1”. The first series premiered on 3rd January 2021 on the original network, Fox and is still airing. So far a total of 9 episodes have been aired by the makers and each episode has a running time of 22 minutes. Season 1 got a tremendous and massive response from the fans and was very much like loved by the viewers. Though the first season of the series is still going on, yet the fans are making several conjectures, that would there be any “The Great North Season 2” or not. Now let’s talk about the plot of the series in a brief. The plot revolves around Tobin Family. In the Toby family, there is Beef Tobin voiced by Nick Offerman, who is a single parent and lives in a small town in Alaska. He has four kids, named, Wolf voiced by Will Forte, Moon voiced by Aparna Nancherla, Ham voiced by Paul Rust and Judy Tobin voiced by Jenny Slate and the series will be seen from the perspective of Judy.
The life of Beef revolves around his kids and in order to provide and full fill every demand of his kids, he can do anything. Though he looks tough on the surface, his love for his four children is deep, immense, unconditional and endless. The series depicts that how being a single father, he deals with the kids and also no matter what happens, the whole family stood together through thick and thin. Now, coming to the question of whether there will be a second season or not. The answer to this question is yes.
In the mid of the year 2020, that is, in June 2020, the makers of the series announced that there will be a second sequel. So, the fans need not have to worry about this, as it is for sure, that there will be “The Great North Season 2”. Though, the makers have announced the series, the second sequel of any animated series usually depends on the rating of Nielsen and also upon the viewership of the show. So far, the series is getting a sound and positive response and so the chances are likely that there will be the second sequel of this series.
