Femina Miss India 2019 Winner Suman Rao, Wins Beauty Pageant: Finally the result of Femina Miss India World 2019 beauty pageant has been announced and Suman Rao from Rajasthan has won this beautiful crown. She was crowned during a star-studded ceremony at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Indoor Stadium. Suman has turn out to be the 56th Miss India.

Last year’s Femina Miss India World 2018 winner Anukreethy Vas from Tamil Nadu crowned her successor, Suman, in an emotional moment. Bollywood filmmaker Karan Johar and actor Manish Paul hosted this grand event on Saturday. In the course of Miss India 2019 competition, Suman also won the Miss Rampwalk award.

Other than Miss India title, other titles were also won by different beauties for the duration of the grand finale of the beauty pageant on Saturday. Shivani Jadhav from Chhattisgarh has clinched the Femina Miss Grand India 2019 title as well as Miss India United Continents 2019 title was won by Shreya Shanker from Bihar. 20 year old Suman is basically a college student who is now going to represent India at Miss World 2019 in Thailand.

Suman after winning the crown said in an interview, “When you get yourself determined towards a particular goal in life, every single nerve and fibre of your body starts working into that direction for a victorious journey.”

Suman, was Rajsthan but was brought up in Mumbai. She is a student and at present she is pursuing a Charted Accountancy course from New Delhi alongside with B.Com. The model expressed her love for dance as her passion and she is also learning and practicing the classical dance form, Kathak. On the other hand, she counts modelling as her biggest passion.

This most prestigious event was pronounced by Bollywood choreographer Remo D’Souza together with actress Huma Qureshi, Chitrangada Singh, fashion designer Falguni Shane Peacocka as well as Indian footballer Sunil Chhetri and many others.

For the duration of the event, film stars such as Katrina Kaif, Vicky Kaushal and Mouni Roy captivated the audience with their amazing entertaining dance performances.

During the competition Suman also spoke about the how intensely she feels about gender inequality in the society and also about the stereotypes that we face in the world. She said on this context by giving her community example, “I come from a community where gender inequality and other stereotypes are still into existence, so when I saw two primary choices in front of me, to either accept the conditions those were in existence or to take the responsibility for changing the same, I chose the latter one.”

The 20 year old model and winner of Femina Miss India World 2019 was born on 23 November 1999. Suman has also won the Miss India Rajasthan 2019 title earlier. Now this gorgeous model is all set to represent the country in the international level that is at Miss World 2019 that is going to take place right away in this year in Pattaya, Bangkok in the month of December 2019.
