There is news coming from Texas, the United States of America about the assault of a 9th class student on the school premises. The news has stirred all the readers of this news. This incident has resulted in trembling all the staff including teaching and non-teaching, and accountable school authorities of the concerned school. The Middle Police Department is probing this case of sexual assault. This news belongs to the Midland Christian School in Texas, the US. This is such a case that may result in decaying the reputation of any educational institute. The same has happened to the Midland Christian School on the account of the concerned case.
Therefore, the police have arrested five officials of the Midland Christian School. This case of the assault of the 9th-grade student has remained in the concentration of the general public since 20th January 2022. If we focus on the names of all the arrested people, in this case, three administrators and two athletic coaches have been issued with an arrest warrant. However, the prime suspect is an older student who brutally assaulted his junior student.
Five Arrested at Christian School
On the other hand, if we talk of the arrested school staff, they are Jared Owen Lee ( Superintendent), Dana Elizabeth Ellis ( Principal), Gregory Neal McClendon (athletic director), Matthew David Counts (assistant secondary school principal) and Barry Lee Russell ( baseball coach). According to a private detective who was investigating the case who proved this case to be true, the assault of the child had taken place in the school premises after the baseball practice of the victim. The victim has also shared that he had walked into the locker room to change his dress.
All of a sudden, the lights went off and a 10th-grade student started hitting him. Meanwhile, he heard a voice saying “freshman initiation day.” Someone pinned his hands and the victim was flipped over onto his back. He heard the voice of some students cheering up while the suspect when he was being sexually assaulted. The suspected senior student assaulted the victim student with a baseball bat.
According to the police investigation, there was no action was taken by the school authorities on the day after the assault; therefore, the school higher authority is also being charged with not following its duty well as with the chargers of trying to subdue the case of this assault with the view to saving the reputation of the school.
