Gyovanny Arzuaga’s Girlfriend Yasmin Perez Dies Days After In Critical Condition Check Wiki-Bio Images

A couple who used to live in Puerto Rico has lost their life after they were shot dead on June 19. According to the police officials, the couple were celebrating Puerto Rican Day on Saturday night in the West Division Street, 3200 block at Humboldt Park, Chicago. While they were celebrating, a group of men arrived at the spot and shot them, leaving the couple seriously injured and eventually they took their last breath days apart after being shot.

The victims are identified as 24-year old Gyovanny Arzuaga and his 25-year old girlfriend Yasmin Perez and they have also two children together. The Chicago police revealed that the incident took place at the West Division Street and around 9:15 PM up to three people arrived at the location and shot the couple while they were celebrating Puerto Rico Day.

In that horrific attach, Arzuaga was brutally shot in the head and was immediately shifted to the Saints Mary and Elizabeth Medical Center which was located nearby the crime spot. While arriving on the hospital, Arzuaga was pronounced dead as he couldn’t survive that brutal head injury due to the bullet shot.

In the meantime, Perez was being shot in the neck after which she was rushed to the Stroger Hospital, Cook County and was in critical condition. She was treated there for around three days being in critical condition after which she also took her last breath on 22nd June 2021, Tuesday. Perez also died just three days after Arzuaga’s demise on June 19.

According to the report, there were several other criminal cases that have been recorded in this Juneteenth weekend and an upsurge in the crime rate was observed all over the nation. In one of the cases, a shooting incident occurred in June 19 in La Merritt, a person has lost his life while seven others were injured as well.  Furthermore, in order to celebrate Juneteeth, a female mob has also blocked an ambulance that was on its way to the hospital and was carrying a patient. In another crime event, a 42-year-old Jason McDermott, waved a knife along with a Taser at the Washington Square Park, New York, which caused a panic among the crowd present at the location.

Talking about the Arzuaga- Perez murder case, a video has been also circulated online where the couple has been seen dragged out of their vehicle in the street before being shot by a group of men. As per to a police spokeswoman, it is alleged that there was a car crash previously to the gunfire which killed both of them and a crowd had also surrounded the vehicle of the couple. Right now, the police have started the investigation and have not commented on the video, and the attackers’ descriptions or their pictures have not been released so far.
