Once again people of Hathras witnessed a heart-aching incident that made us believe that humanity is on the verge of collapsing. Recently a video on Twitter has been seen where the victim of Hathras sexual harassment case was seen crying and begging for justice. One can see the pain in her voice. The 19- year old girl has gone through a lot of tough times. In 2018, the girl was sexually molested by a group of people and when the father of the victim stands for his daughter he was shot by the main accuse Gaurav Sharma in which the girl’s father lost his life. Recently, a video has gone viral in which the victim can be seen describing how a group of six-seven people killed her father.
Hathras Shooting Incident Murder Case
The girl can be seen describing how she was molested by those inhuman people and when her father lodged a complaint against the accused persons, they shot her father. It has also been said that the victim’s father was taken in a farmhouse and there he was shot dead by bullets. The bullets were shot across his chest, back, and near his forehead. The whole incident took place around 4:30 PM on Monday.
In the said video, the girl can be seen screaming the name of Gaurav Sharma as the main accuse who killed her father. One person named Lalit Sharma has been arrested by the Hathras police on Tuesday, however, the key accused person is still not arrested. Also, a case has been registered against four persons including Gaurav Sharma. The Chief Minister of UP Yogi Adityanath also assured the victim and ordered NSA (National Security Act) against the accused.
The sequence of the Hathras event took place something like this. In 2018, a molestation case was filed against the main accused Gaurav Sharma, by the late father of the victim. It has also been said that there was a clash between the victim’s family and the accused’s family and where the main accused was arrested by the police of Hathras but later the key accused person was granted bail by the local court. After about a month, the main accused was again sent to jail. The main accused is still gone missing however the police are claiming that they are searching him and soon he will be arrested. CM Yogi has also, strictly instructed the UP Police to take strict actions against this case, especially because it involves crimes against Women.
