How to Intall MIUI 8 on any Xiaomi Smartphone

Here are some steps that you need to follow to make sure that your device gets the latest MIUI 8 OS update and have all the latest features that you require.
Step 1: If you people are doing this for the first time make sure that
You get the back up of your data
For backup follow these steps:-
- Go to settings>Additional Settings>Back up
- One you have done this now go to your File Explorer and this back up will be stored in folder named MIUI>Backup>All Back Up and Move that file to SD card or Transfer it to your PC.
Step 2: Once you have done the back up process now the real process starts, Now this will work for both the Locked and Unlocked boot loader.
Now, Make sure that you have Enabled USB debugging to you Xiaomi device.
Commands You Must Follow:-
For Locked Bootloader : adt reboot ed1
For Unlocked Bootloder : adt reboot bootloader
Step 3:You will need to get your device in the bootloader mode for that
Power Button + Volume Down Button
Hold the button till you see new logo to your smartphone.
Step 4: Now for next step you need to get the file that you require for Bootloader MIUI 8. And run that file to your bootloader make sure that file is in Zip format and runs to your device one you enter to the bootloader.
Note: Make sure that your MIUI 8 file is on main folder like directly shown in your SD card, Not in any sub folder.
Now you just need to run the file and the process will be complete.
