A girl age of 3 years was left alone in a locked car when she was sleeping by her parents on Wednesday at Shamshabad was rescued by the public. The parents had left the girl inside the car to have breakfast at a restaurant. When the girl woke up, she found herself alone in the car and then she started crying for help.
A local source said that the girl child was sleeping in the car when they went for breakfast. So they decided to leave her in the car. But later the girl woke up and started crying.
A video showed that a crowd grappling with the door and tapping on the windows of the car. One of the crowd tried to guide the girl to open the door from inside. But the girl did not understand and continued to cry.
Then, the public informed the police who tried to find the parents of the girl. Finally a man forced to open the door of the car with a crowbar. The parents came back only to find a furious crowd around their car.
The video showed that the parents saying that they left the child alone in the car because they did not want to wake her up. The parents also said that the car had enough ventilation. Police said that after a warning, the couple were allowed to go. Officials said that the girl child was fine.
