Juhi Chawla Plea Against 5G Thrown Out From High Court Says “It is a Publicity stunt”

The Indian actress Juhi Chawla filed a plea against the rollout of 5G and today, it has been dismissed by the Delhi High Court today, where the court declared that it was a publicity stunt and the complaint was non-defensible and imperfect according to Delhi’s court. After analyzing the case, the court has fined a cost of Rs 20 Lakh for misusing the process and abusing the law on Juhi Chawla and others. Also, the Delhi court called it a “Publicity Stunt”.

According to the reports, the court said,” the Preamble has dismissed and for abusing the process of law, and said that the fined of Rs 20 lakh will have to pay by Juhi Chawla and other to the court.

With all of this, the court also ordered to take action against who interrupted the hearing on Wednesday, by sharing the link which was upload by the actress on her social media account and sang a song from the movie of the actress. The video was also viral on social media and many netizens showed their response to it. Along with this, many memes were sharing on social media as well. A day ago, it has become a debate on social media.

While the court-ordered Delhi police to identify the scoundrel singer and take action against him. “It looks that the case was just to gain publicity,” said High Court, and Juhi Chawla also shared a link of the hearing.

When lawyer Deepak Khosla, who is a lawyer of Juhi Chawla asked the court to hold the order, the court said,” The matter has been over and You have your legal rights. Lawyer should know their limits”. When the hearing was going on, it was interrupted by the fans of Juhi Chawla many times. In the hearing, they were singing the song from Juhi Chawla’s movies and this thing made the judge angry.

The actress shared the court hearing link on her social media account to be a part of the hearing and many people became a part of the hearing but some of them interrupted the hearing by singing a song. When the hearing started, fans started singing the song “Ghoonghat ki aad se” which is a song from Juhi Chawla’s movie in 1993. When it interrupted the first time, magistrate JR Midha said,” Please Mute This”. Later, the judge ordered to remove the stranger from the hearing. But, when it happened many times, the magistrate ordered to identify the fellow and issued a notice against him.

Juhi Chawla including Teena Vachani and Veeresh Malik said that if the telecom companies will make 5G a reality so, it will cause damage to the environment, and no birds, animals, plants, and humans will not be able to endure this.
