There are reports that on the day when the incident took place, the shooter was arrested by the police, and he had been killed on the same day of the shooting in the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario, Canada. The shooter was later identified as Shawn Petrie, who was a 40 years old man. He wanted to kill the owner of the shop, MK Auto Repairs, Shakeel Ashraf. The owner of the shop was killed on the 12th of September 2022.

The Halton Police Service released a statement through social media posts on the 17th of September and announced that a young man of Indian origin died after 6 days of being the second male victim of Monday’s tragic shooting in Milton. The name of the man is Satwinder Singh, and he was a 28-year-old man. He was an international student, who had come from India, for the completion of his further studies. It was very unfortunate for him, his friends, and his family members that Satwinder Singh became the victim of the incident and lost his life.
The police announced that on Monday, 12th of September 2022, when Satwinder Singh was shot by a gunman, there was a police officer who lost his killed by gunman including the other three people. The shooting occurred in different locations in the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario, Canada.
Satwinder Singh, 28 yr old international student from India, is the 2nd victim of the recent GTA shooting at the auto body shop in Milton. He was working part time at the time of the shooting.

Who Was Satwinder Singh?
Satwinder Singh was only a 28-year-old man of Indian origin. He had gone to Canada from India for the completion of his studies. He was basically an Internation student, who had just wished to complete his higher studies at the reputed University. Satwinder Singh completed a diploma program in global business management at Conestoga College in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. He had planned to do his study further and work as a part-time worker for the fund of completing his ambition.
On the 12th of September 2022, Satwinder Singh was shot by a gunman and was harshly injured in the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario, Canada. After the incident took place, Satwinder Singh was taken to the Hamilton General Hospital by the police officers. Later on the 17th of September, Satwinder Singh died.
