The Killingworth area of New Haven County has witnessed an accident therein the two Highlanders were involved and resulted in the massive loss. This accident took place along the I – 95 highway. The police investigation is going to. The accident has been confirmed by the local police.
The accident took place on Sunday, 16th January. The road was blocked for a couple of hours to clear the path. Both the vehicles collided in such a way they were not able to be driven. The police had to drag the vehicles with the help of their vehicles. This is not happening for the first time that an accident has blocked the road for the travellers.
Killingworth Accident
As far as the accident vehicles are considered, the 2018 Toyota Highlander was passing through the I – 95 road and it collided with the 2011 Toyota Highlander SE. The discussed mishap occurred in the Town of Gildford around 10:45 PM on Sunday, January 16, 2022. The accident led to the blockage of the road. No sooner did the accident take place than someone informed the Gilford Town police about the accident.
Thereafter, the police approached the accident scene with all the affirmative things such that paramedics and the ambulance. The police rescued the driver of the 2018 Highlander who was sooner after the accident was admitted to the Yale-New Haven Hospital. He had multiple injuries as a result he succumbed to the injuries. He lost his life on the hospital premises. The victim has been identified as a 35-year-old man who lost his life after this accident. The name of the victim is Jose Diaz.
Shortly after this mishap, the I – 95 road was shut for the travellers. It took a couple of hours to unblock the road. The local police had advised all the travellers of the road on a regular basis to take an alternative path so as to reach their destination. The police had to take away both the Highlanders by other vehicles. They were completely out of order after the accident.
Furthermore; the road has been opened for all the people because the police have finished prob at the accident place. Although the accident has not destroyed the public property so much yet the loss of Jose Diaz is the biggest loss as human life must be considered to be the most precious thing.
