LG will launch LG QNED LED TVs at the virtual CES 2021 event, the company announced today. This will be the first consumer-centric range of mini-LED TVs from the South Korean tech and will come in different sizes and different resolutions of up to 86 inches and 8K, respectively. The new display will show you combine quantum dot and LG’s NanoCell technologies, and it will be gonna most premium television series which is announced by the company for customers. When it will be launched officially at CES 2021.
The new TV lineup uses mini-LED technology with a light source, with 30,000 tiny LEDs illuminating the display. As mentioned, the LG QNED LED TV combines with a quantum dot layer and the company’s proprietary Nano cell technology, for LG promises will be a premium viewing experience.

A total of ten variants will be introduced in the QNED TV range, with resolution ranging from Ulta-HD to 8K, and sizes will available up to 86 inches in this series. LG also says that the TV range will support refresh rates of up to 120Hz, have up to 2,500 local dimming zones, and support HDR video. LG will have the flagship 86-inch 8K QNED TV on display at the CES 2021 event that starts on January 11 and will be available online.
The new range will go up to Samsung, which unveiled its own 110-inch MicroLED TV. While MicroLED Display is considered superior to mini-LED technology, it’s worth noting that mini-LED TVs are easier and easier to afford to manufacture at smaller sizes, mini-LED are available in LCD display, and also expected to serve as alternatives to OLED technology, which is most affordable and premium among market options.
