He has been arrested from Mahakal Mandir in Ujjain after a heavy chase between him and the police.

Samajwadi Party boss Akhilesh Yadav likewise brought up issues about whether it was a capture or give up. “We hear that the main accused of the Kanpur-Kand is now in police custody. If true, then the government should clarify whether this was a surrender or arrest. Also his call records should be made public so the nexus can be exposed,” the former UP Chief Minister tweeted.
Well the criminal is finally under arrest and his further proceedings will be done in Madhya Pradesh’s court. However, once the formalities are done the case will be handled to UP Court.
Some are saying that he have surrendered himself, although the police is firmly standing saying that they chased him and arrested him. A long debate is going on. However, it will only be proved in thr Court. The big news is that the infamous criminal is arrested soon after the police found evidences from his house.
