Mandira Bedi has been following a challenge called the 365-day challenge, in which she has to work out every day for 365 days without fail. As a part of this challenge, she has also been giving her fans exercise ideas and routines that can be easily done during the lockdown. She recently shared another such an exercise.

In the video, she is seen doing sprints inside her home while wearing a blue halter-neck sports bra and teamed it with a pair of matching yoga pants for the exercise session. She completed her look with a pair of sneakers and a cap.

According to the post, Mandira is currently on day 245 of her 365-day challenge. She has been posting a lot of such videos since the challenge has been started by her. She recently took the T-shirt challenge and took it up a notch by adding shorts to it.

Apart from this, she also shared a 12-minute circuit that can be easily done at home.

She is truly an inspiration, isn’t she?
