The popular and lovable Bollywood actor Vivek Oberoi who served himself in many movies was punished for breaking the traffic rules and the violation was captured in a video which is revolving all over the social media handles and shared many times by the user. The whole event happened on the occasion of Valentine’s day which was on 14th February and on that day, the PM Narendra Modi actor shared a video on his Instagram where he was travelling his brand new Harley Davidson Cruiser Planet and he gifted this bike to his wife as the gift of Valentine’s day and after delivering he gives his wife a joyful ride on his new bike but the main thing is that he and his wife didn’t were a helmet and also didn’t wear a mask for preventing g form the pandemic.

After uploading the video, the video gets viral on the internet and spread on all over the platform just like fire and catches all the social media handles and then some netizens raised a point that he is violating the traffic rules and also he snubbed safety regards of the pandemic which is ruling the world. After that, some users appeal to the officers to take action on this case by saying that ” He sends a wrong message to the youth hence he should be fined for the same.”

Then, Mumbai Police looks at this matter and raised an E-Challan to the actor and created an offence on him at the Santacruz division, where the traffic division generated an e-challan worth Rs. 500 for driving the bike without a helmet and this e-challan was created by Assistant Inspector Nandkishore Jadhav at 7:02 PM IST on the evening of Friday at 7.02 pm.

After that, an FIR was further designated on Vivek Oberoi by Juhu’s Mumbai’s police station on the evening of 9th February and the FIR was registered on the artist for ignored the safety precaution by not wearing a mask. Also, as per the case rising of the pandemic the Maharashtra government and the city administration informed on 18th February that wearing the mask is mandatory for all the citizens.

A case was filed under Section 129/177 of the Motor Vehicles Act, Section 21 along with the Maharashtra Covid-19 Measures 2020 Sub-Inspector Kamble of Juhu Police Station that the investigation for this matter is started and the statement if Vivek Oberoi is still pending because the actor is in Delhi for some work. In the video which the actor shared on his official Instagram, he mentioned that  “Happy Valentine’s Day! ♥ What a start of this lovely valentine’s day with Main, Meri Patni Aur Woh!
