The New Year Party incident has revealed a new form of the case. The investigation is going on by the Mumbai Police since the incident happened. Mumbai police said,” If anyone took her 19-year-old victim to the hospital on the time so, she didn’t lose her life and would be alive”.

Police said,” The girl was attending the party during New Year Eve night with her friends after some time, neighbours told the police about that girl. The police have reached the spot and have also found the deceased. After some investigation police found a love triangle between one boy and a girl”.
Also, the police are investigating the case right now and revealed that the blood was flowing from a 19-year-old girl’s head, after her head brutally banged on the railing of the staircase by her friends, Diya Padankar and Shree Jogdhankar. They both are involved in the case,” said police.
The accused left the spot during the incident and also, left that girl in the pool of blood. According to the post-mortem report, It’s only 1.5 to 2 hours since the woman was noticed by neighbors.
An investigator said,” She had already lost a lot of blood because she is brutally banged on her head. When we took her to the hospital, the doctor declared her dead”. The doctor said,” the girl was already dead when police took her to a hospital, maybe she was dead on the spot or while bringing her”.
The postmortem report also revealed,” there were some scratches and injuries all over her body and private parts. Also, a sharp hitting mark is found on her head. More details of the report are yet to arrive.
The victim accused Shree and Diya and found them in a compromising condition after this fight was started. After leaving the terrace, they all together started the fight on the staircase. When Shree and Diya assaulted that girl, she fought again. Police said,” Shree had some injuries during the fight and Diya got an injury on her nose. Jhanavi was pulled by her hair and banged her on the staircase railing and then, Shree and Diya pushed her on the staircase from the second floor.
Later, when the CCTV footage was checked so, it revealed that Shree had left the building alone with blood spots on his clothes, and Diya was leaving with someone else. Both accused will stay in police custody till January 7. Also, said by police that it is very shocking none of the building members or any people didn’t come to save that girl. And, she was lying in a pool of blood. Nobody came for her help. If she was taken to the hospital on the time so, today she could be alive. More details are awaited to come.
