The whole accident happened on the Anderson Link Road which is leading to Phillip Island, at around 2 PM on Sunday where a three-vehicle accident occurred on the spot by which around two people have been airlifted to Melbourne and the paramedics were called to the spot at around 2:05 PM and the Ambulance Victoria reached the spot. Other persons who were involved in the accident were also taken to the hospital for getting treatment.
In the accident, a man along with a woman was tangled for a time while the three other persons have been admitted to the Wonthaggi Hospital and the police stated that the Hyundai van collided into the back of a stationary Honda hatchback which as happened on Anderson Link Road and the Honda car was then forced into the back of a Toyota SUV. The persons who were inside the Honda were airlifted to the hospital and the driver of the Toyota was accessed by paramedics at the spot but not hurt.
The accident was too serious and harsh and after the accident, the traffic of the area has been diverted through Anderson and all the vehicles have requested to take another route for avoiding the traffic that happened in the area.
