PM Narendra Modi made historic victory; World leaders congratulated him on his remarkable victory in 2019 Lok Sabha elections: On the historic electoral victory of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in 2019 Lok Sabha elections, leaders all over the world have congratulated PM Modi for his remarkable comeback. The BJP has come back to the power with even more mandate and is now all set to cross the 300-mark on its own.

The BJP is all set to return to the power once again as the partial vote count which was declared by the Election Commission disclosed that it was leading in 296 out of total number of 542 Lok Sabha seats that went to polls in total of seven phases which ended on May 19, 2019. This victory of Prime Minister Narendra Modi badly demolished the combined opposition with the Congress Party which are now fixed at 51 seats.

Russia: President Vladimir Putin

President of Russia, Vladimir Putin also congratulated Modi on the locking a great victory of his party in the elections as well as he also expressed his willingness to work together in order to build up the full range of bilateral relations.

As per to the congratulatory telegram sent by Putin to PM Narendra Modi states that, “I am convinced that, as the Prime Minister of India, you will further strengthen the centuries-old friendship between our peoples and the all-round development of a particularly privileged strategic partnership between Russia and India.”

China: President Xi Jinping

President Xi extended “heartfelt” congratulations to Prime Minister Modi on his election triumph and asserted to work with him in order to take the bilateral bonds to a new height.

Chinese President Xi Jinping send a letter to Prime Minister Modi, in which he congratulated him on the electoral victory of the NDA under his leadership, Raveesh Kumar who is the External Affairs Ministry Spokesperson said in a tweet. In addition to that President Xi also noted the great significance he committed to the growth of India-China relations and his wish to work with Prime Minister Modi in order to take the closer development partnership in the middle of the two nations to a new height.

Sri Lanka: Prime Minister Wickremesinghe

Ranil Wickremesinghe though his official twitter account congratulated Narendra Modi on his remarkable victory in Lok Sabha Election 2019, he tweeted, “Congratulations to Narendra Modi on a magnificent victory! We look forward to working closely with you,” to spread out his support to PM Modi.

Israel: Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu also congratulated Narendra Modi for making an “impressive victory” in the general elections and guaranteed to reinforce and build up their “great friendship” as well as bilateral ties.

Japan: Prime Minister Shinzo Abe

In a telephonic conversation Japanese PM Shinzo Abe also congratulates PM Narendra Modi.

Afghanistan: President Ashraf Ghani

Ghani also took Twitter in order to congratulate PM Modi. He tweeted, “Congratulations to Prime Minister Narendra Modi on a strong mandate from the people of India. The government & the people of Afghanistan look forward to expanding cooperation between our two democracies.”

King of Bhutan and Nepal Prime Minister

King of Bhutan Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck as well as Bhutan’s Prime Minister Lotay Tshering congratulated Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his historic victory.

The Prime Minister of Bangladesh, PM Sheikh Hasina has sent a congratulatory message to PM Modi for his remarkable victory in the elections under his leadership along with wishing him peace, happiness as well as prosperity for the people of India.

In addition to that, Bangladesh’s foreign minister Dr AK Abdul Momen also said that Dhaka’s bonds with Modi’s party was outstanding and “we hope our development will be expedited, if Modi government comes to power again.”
