The 21st Foundation Day of Uttarakhand is celebrated in the state by taking all the precautions and measures to prevent the pandemic which is ruling all over the world. As we all know that the corona shadow is spread all over the world but there is no lack of excitement and happiness in the people of the state. Several programs and functions are organized in the city of Dehradun and also in all the district headquarters. Also, there is a parade of Dehradun’s police line which will witness by the chief guest of the function named Governor of Uttrakhand Babirani Maurya along with the Chief Minister of Uttrakhand Trivendra Singh Rawat. After attending this program they will go to Garrasain, which is the summer capital. The major point is that in both of the functions the chief minister will give presents to the people of the state.
As per our sources, the Chief Minister also makes an announcement about the creation of a monkey paddock, distribution of bonus to the employees on the occasion of Diwali, district authority. Also, the Chief Minister may declare regarding the online services of smart ration cards and transport services and later, he set the establishment gem of the Mini Secretariat in Gairsain. As per the schedule of the Chief Minister, firstly he will go to the Shaheed Smarak to pay the tribute to the sufferers who gives their life on the state movement, after that, he attends the parade in the police line, where he launched the development book.
In all the programs and function which is held in different areas of Uttrakhand, the social distancing and all the precautions and measures are taking carefully along with the guidelines which are issued by the government. In the parade which is held in the police line, the Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) and police forces are come along to celebrate the occasion and give an extraordinary parade in Gairsain. Also, cultural programs are organized, where the Chief Minister delivers many announcements.
