This incident took place in Arkansas in a parking garage where he had a fight with another man in which he gets angry and bite his nose and ripped the flesh of his nose. This happened because the driver of the Subaru hit his car Ford Bronco and he got out of his car and punched the driver when he tried to save him he bites his nose which started bleeding.
