The King of the Ring

This upcoming professional wrestling tournament is going to kick-off on WWE’s television program Monday Night Raw on 19th August 2019. Well, every wrestling fan is excited about this tournament and why not? As it is going to be the first King of the Ring tournament since the year 2015.

The King of the Ring is going to air on both Raw and SmackDown Live with the finals taking place at Clash of Champion on September 15, 2019.

For this Monday’s RAW from St. Paul, Minnesota, WWE has confirmed Braun Strowman vs. WWE United States Champion AJ Styles.

After last night’s RAW went off the air AJ issued a challenge to Strowman. You can see in that video that AJ was upset after Strowman come back in order to save WWE Universal Champion Seth Rollins from a triple team beatdown by The OC at the end of the RAW main event.

Strowman took to Twitter to accept AJ’s challenge. He wrote, “Do you have strength in numbers if I’m bigger than all three of you?!? Consider your challenge accepted and your reign as US Champion coming to a close!!!! #Raw #MonsterChamp”
