A new is coming from the Amroli Area in Surat, disgracing the whole of humankind, where a 6-six-year-old girl was raped by one of her close relative uncles. It has been reported that the local police of Amroha has registered a case against the accused under the various sections of the Pocso Act after the family members filed a complaint against him. In the same context, the police have also arrested the accused. As per the police officials, the accused used to work as a cook in one of the hotels of Amroha and is married. As per the reports, on Monday evening, the victim girl was playing outside her house, and at the same time, her father, who is a security guard by profession was doing his night duty.
However, during the working hours, he falls asleep, meanwhile, the mother of the victim was also working in the residence of people. Taking the advantage of a sleeping guard and the absence of the victim’s mother, a young man in his twenties which is suspected to be the uncle of the victim came to his house from the hotel. However, what happened next was something that was totally unexpected. The 24-year old accused lured and bribed the innocent 6-year-old with some candies and took her into one of the rooms in his house.
There he did the most shameful thing to that young girl, without a single pang of guilt as the man was acquired by lust and even the cries of the six-year-old did not penetrate his heart, and neither stopped him from doing this inhuman activity. When the girl cries got bigger and bigger, her father suddenly jolted from his sleep and rushed towards the rooms from where he heard the cries of his daughter. However, the accused was quick enough to escape from the scenes.
The father of the victim girl quickly dialled the number of his wife, who was at the time of the incident was working in another house to earn a livelihood and reported the whole incident to his wife. Thereafter, the family of the six-year-old victim registered an FIR against the young man, who is reported to be the brother-in-law of the victim’s mother at the Police station of Amroli. The police quickly came to action and arrested the accused on the same night after doing the medical test of the victim girl. The police are interrogating the accuser and have registered a case against him under the POCSO Act.
