Candidates who have dreamed of working in the All India Institutes of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) have got an amazing opportunity as the Institutions have released a total of 90 openings for the post of Senior Resident (Non-Academic) posts. So, the candidates who are interested and eligible for the abovestated post can apply for the same by visiting the official website of AIIMS, Bhubaneswar. The application for applying for the post of Senior Resident is starting from 18th May 2021, that is, on Tuesday, while the last date to apply for the same is 7th June 2021, that is, on Monday.
AIIMS Recruitment 2021: Age Limit & Educational Qualification
The age of the candidates should not be more than 45 years as on 7th June 2021. However, age relaxation will be provided to the respective categories. While in order to apply for the post of Senior Resident, the candidate must have a PG medical degree in their respective domain acknowledged by the Medical Council of India(MCI)/ Institute of National Importance.
AIIMS Recruitment 2021: Procedure to Apply
The candidates are required to follow the following procedure in order to apply for the above-mentioned post.
- In order to fill the application form, the candidates are required to visit the official website of AIIMS, Bhubaneswar, that is, “https://aiimsbhubaneswar.nic.in/”
- Click on the online recruitment link and you will be directed to the Advertisement for the post of Senior residents of AIIMs, Bhubaneswar.
- The aspirants are required to fill in the necessary details in the application form, and also have to upload the required documents in the correct format.
- After filling the application form, the candidates will click on the save button and will be directed to the payment website.
After successfully paying the application fees, your application will be submitted. The candidates are required to download the application form for future reference. Please note the application fees can only be paid online.

- Unreserved/OBC Category: Rs. 1500
- SC/ST/ EWS Category: Rs. 1200

AIIMS Recruitment 2021: Selection Process
The selection of the candidates for the respective post for multiple disciplines under the central government will be conducted in two stages. The first stage will have a written examination and the second stage will have an interview/ personality test. However, looking at the current scenario, the written examination will only be conducted if the number of applicants is more than 3 times the number of posts displayed in the advertisement.
In case the written examination was conducted, then, the candidates who have successfully passed the written exam will be called for the interview rounds. The candidates who will be selected for the post of Senior Residents under various disciplines will be paid a remuneration of Rs. 67,700 under the 7th pay scale commission including NPA and other allowance and the time period of the service is a maximum of 3 years.
