While buying your new two-wheeler this Diwali, you might consider a lot of factors like design, affordability, mileage, brand value, and other technical details. However, insuring your two-wheeler might either be the last thing that you consider or rather don’t consider at all. But, that’s a big mistake! Also, blindly buying whatever insurance policy your dealer is offering, without ever considering the basic pointers about two-wheeler insurance is a terrible mistake too.

Although, third-party liability insurance is mandatory in India, having a comprehensive cover is the need of the hour. Why? Because, as much as you follow all safety rules, your two-wheeler might be damaged due to circumstances beyond your control. Moreover, theft, earthquake, fire, lightning, etc. also pose a threat to your beloved vehicle.

Further, if you cause any harm to a third-party due to your bike or scooter, or damage any surrounding property, you will be held liable for the damages caused. Therefore, to protect against the financial implications arising due to such damages, having a comprehensive two-wheeler insurance policy becomes essential.

Concluding,

If you are looking forward to buying your dream two-wheeler this Diwali, don’t forget to check out the offers available. Also, be conversant with important factors of two wheeler insurance and enjoy a smooth ride on your new two-wheeler.
